Member agencies support the Academy’s mission to enhance the skills and knowledge of Direct Support Professionals through quality training and educational opportunities. They know the Academy provides a cost-effective way to meet staff development needs with skilled trainers who are recognized both locally and nationally. Every year hundreds of individuals attend sessions on such topics as Autism, Communication, Sexuality, and Behavior Support.

Member agencies receive a discount on registration fees and representation at planning sessions to determine relevant and timely staff training needs.

Reduce your training costs even more with Discount Training Packages. The more passes you buy the more you save! Passes are only available to members and cannot be used for Provider Certification and Conference sessions.

Membership runs from January 1 to December 31 and the fee is $120. Agencies joining mid-year pay on a pro-rated basis; for those who join in:

  • January the fee is $120
  • February the fee is $110
  • March the fee is $100
  • April the fee is $90
  • May the fee is $80
  • June the fee is $70
  • July the fee is $60
  • August the fee is $50
  • September the fee is $40
  • October the fee is $30
  • November the fee is $20
  • December the fee is $10
